Megan is the face behind Total Training and has been a sports and fitness enthusiast as far back as she can remember and has relished the challenge to turn this passion into a career. Sharing her love for all things health and fitness related and her knowledge of this area, she delivers fun and exciting personal training sessions that get results for all types of people.

 

Megan is a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer with REPs (The Register of Exercise Professionals) and she continues to develop her knowledge by completing additional courses in areas including boxing, pre/post natal exercise, circuits, spinning, boot camps, sports nutrition and first aid. Her experience, knowhow and desire to help others achieve their fitness goals generates engaging and effective training sessions.

 

Megan has experience across a number of different disciplines and has competed in half marathons, one day and multiday bike rides, triathlons and Tough Mudder.
